Stretcher transportation is non-emergency medical transport for people who must remain lying flat or reclined. It is not an ambulance and it is not for medical emergencies - if there is an emergency, call 911. What we provide is a scheduled, unhurried trip for a passenger whose condition, comfort, or doctor's instructions rule out sitting up.
Two attendants handle every stretcher trip. They bring the stretcher to the bedside, transfer you with a draw sheet or slide board, secure you with straps and side rails, and load the stretcher into the vehicle on a locking system so nothing shifts in transit. Pillows, blankets, and head elevation are adjusted to whatever position is easiest on you.
We coordinate directly with hospital case managers, discharge planners, rehab facilities, and nursing home staff, so the paperwork and the timing line up. Bed-to-bed means we don't leave until you're settled where you're going.

We speak with the facility if needed, lock in the window, and confirm the booking with you in writing and by phone.

Bed-to-bed transport
Two attendants transfer, secure, and transport the passenger, then settle them at the destination before leaving.
