About Us

A family business the Hudson Valley has leaned on for over 30 years.

Masa Ambulette Transporters started in the mid-1990s with one simple idea: a ride to dialysis or physical therapy should never be the hardest part of someone's day.

We're still family-run. The same people who answer the phone know the drivers, know the routes, and know that Tuesday morning appointment matters. Many of our passengers ride with us three times a week — we learn names, wheelchairs, and which door is easiest to use.

Whether you're a patient arranging your own transport or an adult child coordinating care for a parent from out of town, you'll talk to a real person who confirms every detail with you.
